1) Travel is subject to the conditions of carriage as laid down by Riviera Trains Ltd of London and Golf by Design Ltd

2) VAT is included in the cost where applicable under the HM Revenue and Customs Tour Operators Margin Scheme. Currently VAT is not levied on travel.  Golf by Design Ltd reserves the right to charge additional VAT should legislation change between the date of booking and the date of departure.  

3) From April 1st 2012 the cost of the tickets is due when booking.

4) Tickets booked are transferable with prior notice in writing.  Letter or e-mail are both acceptable.

5) Golf by Design Ltd cannot be held liable for any delays in the schedule due to adverse weather conditions and/or mechanical or operational failure

6) Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed to join the train  who is not in possession of a valid ticket issued by Golf by Design

7) As this is a charter service running times may vary from times shown.  In any event passengers must be on the platform of their departure station at least 15 minutes before the departure time given to them for their station.  You will be informed immediately of any changes to departure times.

8) The train will operate subject to minimum numbers travelling.  In the very unlikely event of minimum numbers not being achieved notification of cancellation will be made at least 4 weeks before departure.
